You will also discuss your event details and themes with the coordinator at this meeting in order for us to prepare a budget breakdown, specialized service options, and timelines. Copies of these items will be emailed to you the next business day.

Venue or Location options$125.00The location is one of the most important pieces of the event and we will give you 5 or more options to meet your needs. We keep in contact with the locations to ensure they have exactly what you are looking for and can meet your needs for any special requests.
Musicians, DJ, or Band options$100.00We have many preferred DJ's and some great band and musician options that we can provide.
Entertainer or entertainment options
(Magicians, Bounce houses, Clowns etc.)
$75.00If you are in need of some fun for a kids party, fundraiser, or special gathering, we can help you find what you need.
Catering or food options$100.00You can't have a party without food! We know many great caterers in the area.
Photography and videography$100.00Do you need a photographer for your special day? We know lots of talented photographers that can capture those special memories for you.
Cake/Bakery Options$75.00We will help you find the tastiest sweets around for the right price.
Decor options$100.00 For options of centerpieces and/or decorations for your event, we can compile a list with photos to show you options. If you would like to have us create custom items, the cost of supplies will be added to this fee.
Stationary, Party supplies, and rental Items$75.00 We can find you the supplies you need from our trusted retailers and wholesalers. If you need us to create special stationary you may have to pay extra fees for supply costs.
Beauticians$75.00You want to look your best on your big day! We can help you find make-up artists and hair stylists near you.
Florists$75.00We can help you find the perfect bouquet or decorative accent flowers for your event.
(Limo, Party bus, Carriages etc.)
$100.00Whether you have a large group of guests that will need transportation to or from your event, or you are looking for special transportation for the guest of honor, we can give you lots of great options.
Formal Wear$75.00Need assistance finding places to shop for formal wear near you? We can give you multiple options.
Day of Coordinator$50.00/hrIf more than one coordinator is needed for your event, each additional coordinator will be $25.00 per hour
Set-up and Tear Down Services$50.00If you do not need a day of coordinator, but could use a hand setting up before your event and/or clean up afterward we are here to lend a hand.
